Links to my research output
My main research area is in public economics and, more specifically, fiscal federalism and decentralization. My research is mostly empirical and combines economic and political aspects of the analyzed topics. I am also interested on regional development, covering both regional policy issues and business strategies. Moreover, I have collaborated with scholars from other research fields in a diverse array of topics covering family business, health expenditure dynamics, political and economic aspects of football, or the evaluation of economic impact of different kinds of events.
